Sarah Swan is a Yoga Teacher and a CNHC Registered Yoga Therapist, based in Twyford, Berkshire. Her approach is client centred, professional, kind and caring.

Sarah trained as a yoga teacher with FRYOG and her teaching qualification is the FRYOG Teacher Training Diploma (200 hours contact study course).  FRYOG is one of the longest established classic yoga schools in the UK and embraces all styles of yoga, particularly classical, holistic yoga from a foundation of the Eight Limbs of Yoga, set out by Patanjali in his Yoga Sutras.

Sarah has studied meditation with Swami Saradananda, an internationally renowned yoga and meditation teacher, author and mentor and her teaching qualification is accredited to Yoga Alliance Professionals.

Sarah is also a qualified Yoga Therapist  registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).

Sarah also teaches yoga and mindfulness to patients at the Cardinal Clinic, a psychiatric hospital in Windsor.  This work has continued throughout the Covid restrictions as it is part of the healthcare programme.

Sarah is First Aid trained and holds an Enhanced DBS Certificate.

In addition,  Sarah actively participates in Continuing Professional Development attending regular professional training events and maintains links with her peers to ensure best practice.

She is currently the FRYOG representative on the BCYT (British Council for Yoga Therapy) and the FRYOG Verifying Officer for applications to the CNHC.
