    Some dates for your diary! Join me for some gentle yoga in my lovely garden on Saturdays 11th, 18th & 25th June at 10.45 am.The hour’s is class designed to restore, relax and renew you through some mindful movement and breathing, guided meditation and relaxation. There'll probably be birdsong too!Please be aware these sessions are weather dependent and you'll need to bring your own mat, but hopefully the sun will come out and the birds will sing. £10 per class.
