Sarah lives in Twyford, Berkshire, and teaches yoga locally and in the surrounding area and also provides cover for other yoga teachers.

CONNECT & CALM  – live and free on my Facebook page daily – Monday to Friday, 1.30-1,45 pm

Connect on line and help manage your stress and worry.

Being isolated brings it challenges along with all the other worries of the current situation, so this is why I’m doing this: to encourage us all to feel more connected with each other as well as provide you with tools to help manage your stress and anxieties, to support positive mental health.

Join me for 15 minutes’ simple yoga (some gentle breathing, stretching and relaxation which can all done on a chair) so is suitable for everyone. Whether you’re at home or at work, please come and join me.  It’s free – no charge.

We are living in difficult and fast changing times, with a virus that is threatening our way of life. Whether we are at home, at work, in isolation, this is a difficult time for us all. We cannot change the current situation and we cannot predict the future, but, by staying connected, grounded and calm in the present, we give ourselves a better chance of coping with whatever comes our way over the coming days and weeks.

Deep within each one of us lies deep calm and stillness and, through connecting with that inner peace, we all have within us what we need to cope. My intention is to help you find your own inner calm.

Please join me live on my Swan Yoga Facebook page (SarahSwan Yoga) at 1.30-1.45 pm daily from Monday next week.

Take care of yourselves and stay well.
