Sarah lives in Twyford, Berkshire, and teaches yoga locally and in the surrounding area and also provides cover for other yoga teachers.
Wednesday evening class in Twyford – yoga by candlelight
Come and join Sarah’s relaxing and mindful class on a Wednesday evening in the Drama Studio, Piggott School, Wargrave Road, Twyford, RG10 8DS.
All ages and abilities are welcome for a balanced, relaxed and mindful yoga practice. An opportunity to stretch and open your body, calm your mind, relax and re-connect with your inner you. Class is lit by candles for relaxation!
Learn to let go of stress and worry, to relax, switch off and re-connect with your inner self. Your emotional and mental resilience is likely to improve. When you are grounded, calm and centred, you will cope more easily with the challenges that come your way in 2020. And you are likely to feel better physically too!
Start 7 pm and finish at 8.10 pm.
£55 for 6 classes (pay for 6 and get one free), payable in advance or at the first session in cash. Alternatively £11 per class.
Current dates: 8, 15, 22, 29 January and 5 & 12 February.
No class on 19 February.

Yoga at home
There may be hundreds of reasons why you can’t or don’t want to come to a yoga class, but there is no reason to miss out on the benefits of yoga. Sarah is experienced in teaching on a one-to-one basis or small groups in the privacy and comfort of your own home and can bring mats if needed.

Class for members to stretch and open the body whilst focusing on the breath, to relax in body and mind, to feel refreshed and re-energised for the rest of the day.
Wednesday afternoon – Cardinal Clinic, Independent Mental Health Hospital, Windsor
Therapeutic yoga session for patients.
