Wednesday evening yoga & meditation

A gentle class of mindful movement, breathing, meditation and relaxation on a Wednesday evening via Zoom.  Working within your own limits, move and open out your body, release your physical tension and mental stress, to ground and balance your body and mind, leaving you calm and relaxed.

This class is continuing on Zoom, allowing you to practice in the comfort and privacy of your own home.  With no need to travel afterwards, you’ll retain the benefits of your practice longer!

Classes start at 7 pm and finish at 8.10 pm (via Zoom):

  • Current dates: 4, 11, 18 & 25 May.
  • Next block: 8, 15, 22 June & 6 July (no class on 29 June).

Garden Yoga – Saturdays at 10.45 am

As long as the weather is fine, come and enjoy an hour’s gentle yoga in Sarah’s garden on the following Saturdays:

  • June 11, 18 & 25
  • July 9, 16 & 23

The hour’s class is designed to restore, relax and renew you through some mindful movement and breathing, guided meditation and relaxation. 

Please be aware these sessions are weather dependent, so may be subject to late cancellation, but hopefully the sun will come out and the birds will sing!
Bring your own mats and cushions.  Places are limited so booking is essential!

Individual classes

Whilst group classes can be lovely, some people can’t get to them or just don’t like them and prefer an individual approach with personal guidance.  This can be particularly true if you are living with health issues.  At an individual session, Sarah will work with you taking into account the challenges you face on a daily basis in a safe, professional and caring way.
