Wednesday evening yoga & meditation * (via Zoom)
A relaxing and mindful class on a Wednesday evening via Zoom for a balanced, relaxed and mindful yoga practice.* A gentle physical practice working within your own limits, whilst at the same time calming your mind, letting go of stress, relaxing and re-connecting with your inner being. If you’re new, you’ll be asked to complete a short questionnaire.
Start 7 pm and finish at 8.10 pm. Cost on Zoom: £25 for 3 classes, £18 for 2 classes or £10 per class.

Connect & Calm – manage your stress* – Tuesday lunchtime – no charge (via Zoom)
Manage your stress with a free short, seated session (20 mins)* to help you feel connected, grounded and calm on a Tuesday lunchtime at 1.30pm.

Yoga one-to-one or small groups * (via Zoom)
In a one-to-one yoga session or perhaps in a small group*, Sarah will work with you to tailor yoga to suit your individual requirements, taking account of your personal circumstances, age, flexibility, mobility or any health or other issues you may have, which are not so easily accommodated in a larger or more general class. People come to yoga for many reasons, including to relax, support recovery after illness, for general wellbeing and to help manage stress and anxiety. Or perhaps an interest to learn more about yoga under the guided focus of a caring yoga professional and establish a personal practice.
Whatever your reasons, everyone can benefit from yoga and Sarah provides a safe space to focus on your needs to work in a way that is comfortable for you.
An hour’s session is £60.

Therapeutic yoga and mindfulness
Sarah also teaches weekly therapeutic yoga and mindfulness classes to in-patients and day patients at the Cardinal Clinic, an independent psychiatric hospital in Windsor, as part of their healthcare programme.
Whatever yoga practice you undertake, please be aware the most important thing for you is to listen to your body and work within your physical and mental limits. If you have any health issues (and many of us do), this is particularly important. Be mindful of how you are feeling and only do what feels right for you.
