opening the body and the mind


 
Like this beautiful swan, yoga can allow us to create space in the body and allow stiffness and tension to release. In creating this space, we breathe better bringing physical, mental and emotional benefits to our sense of wellbeing.
 

If we open up the body, we can open up the mind. And, in doing so, we can open up our hearts to who we really are.

This is my focus for this evening’s yoga practice.  Perhaps this may resonate with you.  If it does, I’d love to hear from you.

 I also hope it may inspire you to take some time out of your busy life to focus on your body and mind.  Then you too can discover the benefits yoga practice can bring you.
